From the North (and Boston):
Take Interstate 93 South/Fitzgerald Expressway to Exit 12 (Quincy - Neponset). Follow ramp (you can only go to the right). Pass Staples plaza on right and proceed under the bridge for the highway. Proceed through the intersection under the bridge straight across slightly to the right (at an angle of one o'clock). That brings you onto the Neponset River Bridge. Do NOT exit off the bridge onto Hancock Street, Quincy. Go completely over the bridge. You are then on Quincy Shore Drive which you follow to the third set of lights (second set is a blinking light). Dunkin' Donuts is on the left corner, CVS is on the right. Turn left after the Dunkin Donuts (you need a left arrow) onto East Squantum Street. The entrance to Marina Bay is about 1/4 of a mile on the left. Follow driveway straight to rotary (do not bear right to townhouses). Take first right off of the rotary heading toward Boardwalk and shops. At stop sign take a left onto Victory Road. Our offices are located in the second last building on the right (right after the clock tower on the boardwalk), 308 Victory Road. Our firm name is over the door. Our reception is on the first floor to the right as you enter the building. Parking is past building on the right.
From Rhode Island:
Take Route 95 to Route 93S (Boston/Braintree). Stay on Route 93S. After you pass the South Shore Plaza on your right, you want to be on the far left side of the highway, as Route 93 (Boston) becomes 93N (Southeast Expressway). Get to the far right immediately, as the Furnace Brook Parkway is the first exit on the Expressway. Follow the directions below From the South.
From the South:
Take 93N to Exit 8 (Furnace Brook Parkway). Follow Furnace Brook through 6 intersections to the end of Furnace Brook Parkway. At 6th intersection make a left onto Quincy Shore Drive (ocean will be on your right). Follow Quincy Shore Drive for two miles along the ocean. At the end of the beach you will come to a set of lights with CVS Pharmacy on your left and a Dunkin' Donuts on your right. Take a right at the lights onto East Squantum Street. The Entrance to Marina Bay is about 1/4 of a mile on the left. Follow driveway to rotary. Take first right off of the rotary. At stop sign take a left onto Victory Road. From the West:
Take the Mass Pike (90 East) to I-95/Rte. 128 (Exit 14). Merge onto I-95 South. Follow to I-93 North (Boston). Take Exit 8 (Furnace Brook Parkway).
